This Sriracha Verde smells tart, green and earthy. The first taste is a little salty, with lots of vegetal flavors. The serrano and jalapeno combination adds an excellent initial heat, and the salt returns with a hint of vinegar on the linger. The second bite reveals the tangy tomatillo as the real star of the show, backed by a bit of lime. The green chili heat carries through the whole experience, but gives way ever so slightly to a hint of garlic hiding beneath, and just a touch of cilantro once the tart flavors subside.

Breakdown: I got a lot more heat than I expected from a Verde sauce, but a very limited linger. I thought it would be a 2, but it turned into a solid 4. Awesome take on a Verde!

Tangy smells of cayenne hot sauce and rice vinegar mix with a touch of garlic, onion and paprika when pouring this wing sauce. A quick nip from the ghost pepper hits on the first bite, but is soon replaced with sweet and savory honey and butter flavors. The rice vinegar adds a unique tang to the bite. Ghost pepper begins to build the heat bit by bit, adding a smoky presence with the help of paprika. The spice builds through the linger, accented by garlic and onion for a truly delicious wing sauce.

Breakdown: Wing sauces aren’t my usual review, but this one is bursting with flavor and is perfect for not only wings, but any sandwich or other food you want to spice up. This has more uses than I expected!
