The Sweet Ghost Pepper sauce from Mikey V’s smells spicy sweet, not dissimilar to a pepper jelly. Pouring it out, I noticed it was very thick, almost like an orange sauce. The first taste was even sweeter than it smelled, very heavy on the sugar and tasting almost like syrup. I noticed a heavy garlic presence, and a slight bit of delayed heat from the Ghost Pepper. It’s a sugary sweet and thick sauce that would be enjoyed greatly by medium heat fans.
 

Breakdown: Too thick for me. This sauce begs to be put on wings like a sweet-spicy Asian sauce, or spread over cream cheese for a dipping snack. It’s a little too sweet for my liking, but aside from that, it’s a good flavor with a light burn.
