This one greets you with a very tart and green smell right out of the bottle, followed by a hint of sweetness. My first taste was heavy on the vinegar, but the serrano bursts through with a very fresh pepper flavor and classic green pepper burn. This first impression soon gives way to an interesting and unexpected sweetness, making this hot sauce taste almost juicy. Once I had a second taste, I noticed the orange and lime juices a bit more clearly, solidifying the juicy description. Starting with a familiar vinegar linger, this one gives way to the onion and garlic hiding behind the juices. It was only at this point that I noticed the pepper powder that was used here.
 

Breakdown: Another good green sauce. Spicy, juicy, somewhat unique. Very good on pizza and pasta. Definitely a fan favorite with Verde Sauce lovers.
