Pop open this bottle for a familiar smell. Classic “Sriracha” smells flow out, with delightful notes of chili peppers. The first bite is of a sweet chili paste, which soon turns into a flavor battle between the Agave and the vinegar. They play well off of each other, keeping the flavor transitions quite interesting. Jalapenos shine initially, while citrus juices carry the flavor through the finish. A surprising sweetness comes from the tangerine juice, adding a different depth to the flavor.
 

Breakdown: This is a great sauce, with excellent packaging in the form of a squeeze bottle. It is easy to use, and absolutely fantastic on Pizza and Chinese takeout. Grab a bottle of this and ditch your standard “Sriracha”!
